CareCab Cincinnati says it will not provide rides for the overindulgent to drinking establishments, only to private residences. Wise. It will also not provide rides for the overindulgent who are under 21, because those under 21 shouldn't be drinking anyway.

I, for one, will NOT be wearing my rose-colored glasses tonight, you know, the ones that prevent me from seeing the drunk 20-year-old weaving into my lane, the one who might have called for a ride, but would have been turned down because or she was underage.

No, let's not reward underage drinking, but don't make us all pay for it either.
